BETH JATCKO brand development
In most of the positions I've held, an aspect of my job has been to develop and/or police the company brand and logo usage. I've also developed logos for individual clients as well.
I worked for Primary Network as their creative director when they were a start-up and developed their brand identity system including logo, letterhead, business cards, newspaper ads, website, and trade show set.
I also actively participated in setting brand usage guidelines and standards for Sporting News to help rein in the misuse of the logo both by internal staff and outside partners. This involved setting up documents that set usage rules, providing an online home for downloading brand logos, working with the company president to set up a master Power Point presentation for sales staff use, setting up templates for sales proposals, and working with the marketing team to develop an online media kit.
